Snack
Coffee with cream
Trying to drink more water and green tea.
Lunch
Sautéed chicken hearts in sour cream, 1 meat ball, 2 salmon rolls with butter, sautéed squashes (5-6 little pieces)
Diet coke.
Dinner
Tilapia baked with cheese and mayonnaise

Starting weight -158.7 lbs
Goal weight - 110 lbs
First goal - 150 lbs
Breakfast
2 sausages, half a zucchini, 1 diet coke can
Lunch
Veggie salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower oil), pork with fried egg, broccoli.
Snack
Blue cheese
Dinner
Pork with onion, garlic and one cucumber for a garnish.
Just put grape in the fridge.
Gonna have some strawberries for a breakfast.
They say it’s tasty enough. Don’t know but it’s worth to try.
Today I’ve had terrible craving. I took a lunch from home, but didn’t eat it. Instead I’ve had some food in a cafe in my office. I ate shampignion cocotte, brokkoli pankakes with sour cream, fish, chicken hearts & rice. :-(
